At Hluma Kids, every Wonder Jar, sensory kit and play-based product is carefully handmade and packed in South Africa. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Area

Hluma Kids currently delivers throughout South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Please note that personalised, custom-made or large party favour orders may require additional production time. Where applicable, we will communicate estimated lead times directly with you.

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by:

  • Courier volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Remote or outlying delivery areas

  • Circumstances beyond our control

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Hluma Kids cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.


4. Party & Event Orders

If your order is intended for a birthday party, school event or special occasion, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.

Although every effort will be made to meet your preferred timeline, Hluma Kids cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party courier services.


5. Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order size.

From time to time, Hluma Kids may offer free shipping promotions, subject to minimum order values and promotional terms.


6. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Hluma Kids cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, contact details or delivery instructions supplied by the customer.


7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • An incorrect delivery address;

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts;

  • Refusal of delivery;

the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional courier charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, delivery is managed by the courier network.

Should your parcel appear delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter with the courier on your behalf.
